Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. To respect both your time and ours, we kindly request:

  • 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • 48-hour notice for spa packages and treatments over 90 minutes

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve all our valued clients effectively.

Payment Information

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

  • Sage Spa FTL Gift Cards

Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in our service prices and is gratefully accepted at your discretion. Typical gratuity ranges from 15-20%.

Arrival Policy

To ensure you receive your full service time, we recommend:

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment

  • For spa services, arrive 15-20 minutes early to enjoy our relaxation area

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to accommodate subsequent appointments

Health & Safety Guidelines

Your health and safety are our top priorities. Please note:

  • All tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitized between each client

  • We use hospital-grade disinfectants and follow strict hygiene protocols

  • Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions before your service

  • If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment

  • Certain services may not be suitable during pregnancy— please consult with your technician

Children Policy

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests:

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

  • We offer select services for children ages 5 and up

  • Please arrange childcare if you're visiting for spa services

Gift Cards

Sage Spa FTL gift cards make the perfect present:

  • Available for purchase in-salon or by phone

  • Gift cards never expire and are redeemable for any service

  • Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced—please treat them like cash
